We got this information from a audio-confrence to waiatakiri school.
It was hard to find interesting info instead of boring info.
It was easy to get a question and draw the picture next time I should improve to not make too many mistakes.

My Reflection: This was quite tricky to do some of them like Thursday because some pieces are different from he others.
Monday and Tuesday was easy to do because all I had to do was half it.The money was easy too because it also was half.

Japenese Calligraphy



On thursday August 21 japenese people came to our school with all kinds of activities.
The japenese words were very similer to chinese words because the word light is japenese and the word fire is the same way written both chinese and japenese.
The activities included was a card game , a oragami activitie and a game were you use a stick and a ball and a sting ties the stick and the ball together then swing it and try to catch the ball , it was FUN!!!

This is one of the time I did e-ako fractions where we have to sort them out by puting the smallest piece going to the highest piece in words and symbol and we will answer some questions at the bottem like how much will pieces will their be if their were 18 people in the class and how mach pieces if the were 30 pieces.

  • A coke bottle (not can or the enormous bottle) has 16 teaspoons of sugar.
  • A mini v can has 6 and a half teaspoon of sugar.
  • A bottle of ginger beer has 25 teaspoons of sugar.

  • How does diabetes damage your eyes?
  • When did you first become a doctor?
One insight I have had:
I learnt that it was actually the pancreas that changes instead of insulin instead of the insulin pumper.

  • Ivan has type one diabetes
  • Ivan has to have up to seven injections a day.

Learning To Write a Readers Response.

My Reflection

I have learnt a lot of interesting things about World War 1 such as the dogs slept in bomb shelter kinds of house instead of the trenches.
It was tricky to get ideas for only 3 interesting things I learnt in the book.  It was all interesting.
It was easy to think of the thing I liked most about the story.
Next time I need to improve on working faster.

Success Criteria: I know I will be successful if I focus and not get distracted too much.
